This course came at JUST the RIGHT TIME!! I have just started an outreach program for our rural areas, and I meet with clients in the field for only and hour or two. There is a lot to do in that amount of time, but a lot the clients want to discuss as well. Great opportunities for MI, and NOW - I can do it even better within my time constraints. Thank you!
