Description
This series of six courses provides a service delivery framework that is adaptable to any type of public or private Human Services or Community Action Agency. Learn fundamental management skills through an interactive “plain speaking” online experience that is engaging for the participant as they implement the model service delivery system and problem-solve together with the staff of the virtual Good Works Agency. Includes an introduction to the use and importance of technology in supporting both clients and agency staff with a focus on supporting frontline staff.
