This course did an excellent job explaining the cliff effect and ways to assist individuals in minimizing the effects. It also clearly explained ways to change policy to reduce the cliff effect.
I think every person living in the United States should take this course. It really highlights the barriers facing people with low income on their journey to self-sufficiency.
Lots of good information.
